IMPORTANT INFORMATION APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is conveniently located near a supermarket and public transport, with Rennweg Station just a 5-minute walk away. - Rennweg Station is well-linked by train to the airport (23 minutes) and the city center (8 minutes). - The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. - Additional required costs (€210) labeled as "other" refer to building administration costs and are mandatory. - Utility and building costs must be paid each month in advance. RESERVATION PROCESS - If you apply for a reservation, please introduce yourself and explain your source of income. DEPOSIT - A €1000 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the adjusted price. It will be about € 100 per day, depending on the season and the number you are. ADDITIONAL COSTS - The €210 labeled as "other costs" are condominium/administrator costs.
