Within 2 to 3 minutes walk you reach the tram station of line 1, 62 and the night bus. You reach easily the 1st district, Karlsplatz and the Opera House with the tram, as well as Belvedere castle. On the Wiedner Main Street you find several shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and banks. Nearby are two parks and a fitness center. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a lift house. It consists of an anteroom, living-room with a dining corner, sofa, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, cleaning room and a very large bedroom. In the kitchen is fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher. The costs for energy are not included. Next to it is a storage room. Choose your internet provider. Many firms offer a better fee for students, therefore it is not included.
