Divided over 6 floors, it allows a unique setup for social dining/cooking on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen and enough space for lavish dinners - cooking and socialising around the bar/TV area on the second floor - and finally retreating to your private space on the above floors. To terminate your lease, you must actively terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the termination policy before moving out. Otherwise, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested.
