This is the perfect place with higher safety, surrounded by many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets Lidl 4 mins, Dia 3 mins, Condis 2 mins, perfect for enjoying some of the city's best nightlife and enjoy to go Cinema just 1 min by walking. There is also air condition/heating in the flat and in case of using if the electric bills pass the limits, the extra costs will be shared among the people who live in the flat. Very happy to share it with you! The flat is inthe 5th floor with an elevator. NOTE: we are renting to girls who are responsible for cleaning and quiet place.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
