Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. Contract in Germany can always be terminated to the 15th or end of the month. except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. The district „Mitte“ in Berlin is probably the most interesting place in whole Europe when it comes to recent history. If you are interested in shopping, you will find the most trendy and coolest brands and shops around here. Most of Berlin’s fast growing start-up scene is located here, as well.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
