Please note that the contract start date will be referent to the date available of the bedroom, prorata basis rent and the difference to be paid to the landlord directly. Keep in mind the admin fee and deposit needs to be completed before moving in, and before you can receive the contract from our provider. Overnight guests are allowed for a maximum of 10 nights at a time and the other tenants must be informed. Please note also that the landlord only accepts tenants from 18 to 35.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
