In addition please note that the security deposit has to be paid in advance. You can either pay that in cash at the handover or via bank transfer. Do not hesitate to contact us for any question. Pictures may be only representative. Please be aware once the booking is done on Uniplaces the landlord will send you the contract documents. The deposit and our one-time service fee of 100 needs to be transferred to landlord's bank account in order to proceed with the handover.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
