The place here advertised is an apartment of 2 double bedrooms. The apartment is perfect for foreign students, professionals, families or couples. There are all kind of devices and appliances in the apartment (iron with iron board, hair dryers, TV, washing machine, HiFi stereo with speakers, vacuum cleaner, fridge with freezer and much more). There is a big table with stylish chairs in the living room. An additional cot for a baby and a small bed for children are available upon request. This is an apartment of 2 bedrooms made of a hallway, small living area with kitchen, bathroom, big bedroom, big bedroom. The flat is fully furnished and located between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. The bedrooms are really huge and spacious. There are 3 wardrobes in the apartment. There is a beautiful view on the street from the bedrooms. There is a common balcony and corridor just before the apartment. The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. The place is very quiet with absolutely no noise from outside. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (1st staircase). The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants. The bedroom in the apartment on the right with the regular big bed is as well fully furnished (queen-size bed, bedside table, desk, lamps, curtains, long and big table, chairs). The bed is spacious and comfortable. The bedroom in the apartment on the left with the sofa-bed is fully furnished (big double sofa-bed for 2 people, bedside table, desk, lamps, curtains, table, chairs). The sofa-bed is spacious and comfortable. There is a very good Wi-Fi in the apartment with unlimited transfer of data and good speed. The tenants can use more Wi-Fi networks. There is a service of bed linen and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The service, if needed, is upon previous request of the tenants. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The service, if requested, is only upon a previous request of the tenants. The tenants can get an access to Netflix if still available, only if requested at least 1 week before. The Lessor can get a bicycle to the tenants if still available, only if requested at least 1 week before.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
