If you are not a student, the NIF is mandatory. Check out this colourful five bedroom student apartment located in a trendy part of beautiful Lisbon, near Arroios metro station and within reach of Instituto Superior Técnico (IST)! It's simply decorated, but very affordable! The apartment features five bedrooms, a kitchen and a shared bathroom. It's on the second floor of a typical building with no elevator and it's worth mentioning that the first bedroom has an independent entrance. You may check-in from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Outside of business hours, weekends and holidays a fee of €34.99 will be applied. Don't miss out on this great opportunity!

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
