S se aceitam check-ins feitos durante a semana. Ao fim de semana no se realizam entradas, caso contrrio sero cobrados 30 euros. Cada inquilino de 3 em 3 meses tem que pagar 5 euros para materiais de limpeza. A senhoria no aceita trabalhadores a trabalhar a partir de casa. Manter o apartamento sempre limpo, reas comuns todos devem manter limpas e o quarto tambm. No permitido trabalhadores a partir de casa, nem visitas a circular nas reas comuns, nem dormir. Respeitar o direito do outro e manter o silncio para uma boa convivncia e no perturbar a harmonia em casa. O apartamento fica localizado a poucos metros do metro Alameda e Praa do Chile - Arroios

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
