Water, internet and garbage fees are included. Electricity and gas not included in the rent and are reimbursed to the owner based on the bills. No parties or noises are allowed after 9 p.m. If guests stay overnight you must notify the owner and give details and pay extra fee for each day. It is not possible to establish Residenza at this address.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
