Please note that the owner lives in the apartment with 3 cats. The apartment is two bus stops away, or an 8-minute walk from the BISCEGLIE subway station and then about a 15-minute subway ride from the DUOMO subway station in downtown Milan. All the urban infrastructure is already fully present in the surrounding area and quite close to us. We are located in a closed and protected condominium located at the entrance of a magnificent PARCO DELLE CAVE, Parco delle Cave, Milan, we invite potential guests to search the Internet for photos and videos of the park. A large all-green natural complex with 4 lakes, woods, fields, a madness of various animals living free, then farms and many contents for sports and leisure, all permanently protected by a CARABINIERI unit located in their barracks next to the entrance of the Park.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
