Large single room, 5 minute walk to Navigli and 10 minutes to Darsena, 15 minute streetcar ride to Duomo. Consider about 50 euros a month for bills and expenses. Close to Piazza 24 Maggio, Basilica di Sant'eustorgio, Colonne di San Lorenzo, Ticinese, and universities: Bocconi, NABA, Domus Accademy, Ied and Iulm. Ground floor apartment with two rooms, one person per room, kitchenette and bathroom separate from the two rooms and shared with other roommate (currently).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
