Details

The tenant is required to pay an additional fee equivalent to 18% of the Booking Value to be paid upon arrival. The Booking Value is the sum of monthly rents excluding utilities. DISCOUNT: If you book in October, November or December, the additional fee will be 15% of the booking value. IMPORTANT: For bookings less than 6 months, the monthly rent shown will increase by an additional 80 euros for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100 euros for a studio, and 160 euros for one-bedroom apartments. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE that an additional fee of 80 euros will be charged in case of reservation modification after confirmation. Additional costs: Cleaning fee - Final cleaning fee of 120 euros for beds and private bedrooms, 150 euros for studios, and 200 euros for one-bedroom apartments. Deposit equivalent to 1.5 rents. Fixed bills fee - 70 euros/month for private and shared rooms per person, 150 euros/month for studios, and 200 euros/month for apartments. Early or late check-in and check-out times. Check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. If you wish to check-in/out outside of working hours or during the weekend, there will be an additional cost of 100 euros.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
