LOCATION: 13 min. walk from the RER E (Les Yvris) and 9 min. by bike from the RER A (Noisy le Grand) THE ROOMMATES: Between 23 and 34 years old, several different nationalities, what a great way to meet people and leave with beautiful memories THE SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No more problems with not knowing who to call, or the owners who never answer! CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT : Water, electricity, heating, home insurance, internet access and cleaning of common areas. We also take care of all the formalities, so you don't have to do anything!

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
