Please note that: Check-in can be made free of charge by the sub-tenant at the address of the rented accommodation on working days from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. Check-in between 8:00 am and 9:00 am and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday or on weekends between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm is an option invoiced 50 euros. The check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Friday or the weekend between 18:00 and 21:00 is an option invoiced 70 euros. Please note that the payment of the admin fee has to be made before the check-in date, 7 business days after your booking being accepted by the landlord.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
