We are a large student residence in Paris with over 15 YEARS of service. residents Fully furnished separate beds, desks etc. We are close to many universities, central Paris is just 20 minutes by train. RER C train, tram and metro 4 mins walk to station. The house is situated in a secured gated residence. Meet people from all round the world. Large garden Kitchen and showers are shared 6 showers and 6 toilets. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to Friday to clean all communal areas. Large TV common room. Free fibre-optique in all rooms and laundry machines. Central heating. Each resident is given a cupboard space and fridge space The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. We have a fantastic bunch of international students, friendly and good. PLEASE NOTE: A deposit will also be required if the booking is over 2 months.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
