Here's what we have in store for you: Two Rooms Available: Spacious 15m2 room and a cozy 10m2 spare room for short stays Furnished with a plush double bed, desk, chair, and ample storage space Bright and airy duplex for a comfortable stay Perfect Location: Just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Parc Montsouris Vibrant Butte aux Cailles district with charming bar.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
