Each apartment has 5 or 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, and a spacious seating area. Please notice the deposit corresponds to 2 months rent and is required before arrival. If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit. Guests policy: Guests are allowed till midnight without any prior notice. For an overnight guest, - a fee is applied. Semestrial contract - minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June. Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
