The apartment has a total of three bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom, and a kitchen that has all the appliances needed to inspire you to be your own chef and cook delicious meals every day. There is also a large terrace of 350 square meters and a garden of 150 square meters available to tenants, and cleaning the common areas twice a week is included in the price! It is possible to smoke only on the terrace. 1 month security deposit.

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
