Furthermore its mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents (id/passport). Please note when making a booking request for this room that you need to be between 18 and 35 years old.The check in is possible only during weekdays from 10am until 3pm. - Contract is unlimited, Minimum rental period: 6 months, Notice period: 3 months (possible to the 15th or end of each month).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
