Lovely double bedroom in renovated apartment 10 min walk into the cultural centre of Valencia and 20 min historic walk to the catholic university. Be close to amazing Central Park and close to tram stop to Valencia university Blasco Ibez. The landlord is British and will be staying until mid November in the third bedroom. The other student room will only be rented to a postgraduate. The location is quiet and perfect for study unlike the old town a short walk away which can be very noisy at night.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
