Please note, you can chose 10 months or 12 months period of contract from 7th September until 12th July or 30st august. This student Residence is located in the vibrant Pedralbes neighbourhood, where youll live a short stroll from some of the world's most renowned business schools like IESE, ESADE, The University of Barcelona and BarcelonaTech. You're able to choose between five room types across five floors. All studios include a kitchen or kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, study space and storage space. * Free Weekday Breakfast; * Free to use bikes.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
