PLEASE NOTE THAT: THERE IS A 995KR FOR UTILITIES BILL and there is a previous notice of 3 months before to terminate the contract. In case the tenant needs to leave before, the student needs to find a replace to the room, upon approval of the onsite team. Whether youre studying at the University of Copenhagen or studying elsewhere in the city, this student residence is brilliantly situated for you. Modern rooms, inspiring shared spaces and personal support by the Managers and their team all make this student dormitory the perfect place for work, study and play. * Bed linens additional fee is 600kr.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
