Bookings are for full calendar months (e.g., arrival on August 3rd requires payment for the entire month).
Deposit: 2 months' rent.
Minimum rental period: 9 months.
Bring your own bedsheets, blankets, and pillows, or rent them for €30 per stay.
Non-smoking, no pets, and no registration.
Public Transport Connections
Enjoy excellent access to Brussels' transport network:
Metro Line 1: Josephine-Charlotte station (5-minute walk).
Buses: Lines 27, 28, 80, with stops at De Grooff.
Trams: Lines 39, 44, 81, 7, 25, accessible at Montgomery and Georges Henri.
Please do not try to communicate outside the platform. To book the room,
you have to pay the first month rent on the platform (by either sending me a booking request or if I invite you to book and you accept it). It is not possible to request viewing but I can of course answer all of your question.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house and you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport.
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the accommodation is booked for you.
