Flat on the first mezzanine floor of a complex built in 2015, about ten minutes walk from the centre of Florence. It is well served with buses to the city centre and to the airport, the bus stop is a few metres from the flat.
There is also paid parking nearby. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the flat is very close to a supermarket, the Esselunga in Via Galliano. Overall the area is well equipped with shops and restaurants. Not far away is the Cascine Park where you can walk, jog or cycle. It is the ideal accommodation for tourism or business. Check-in is after 15.00 and check-out is before 12.00, however, times are flexible if they do not conflict with the needs of other guests. Smoking is not allowed inside. Utilities are included in the price.
It is completely furnished in modern style. It consists of:

Appartamento al primo piano rialzato di un complesso costruito nel 2015, a circa dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze. E’ ben servito con autobus per il centro città e per l'aeroporto, la fermata è a pochi metri dall’appartamento.
Vi è inoltre possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e l’appartamento si trova molto vicino ad un supermarket, l’Esselunga di Via Galliano. Nel complesso la zona è ben fornita di negozi e ristoranti. Per di più poco distante si trova il Parco delle Cascine dove si può passeggiare, fare jogging o andare in bicicletta. E’ la sistemazione ideale per turismo o per affari. Il check-in è dopo le 15,00 ed il check-out è entro le 12,00 tuttavia gli orari sono flessibili se non collidono con le esigenze degli altri ospiti. All’interno è vietato fumare. HOUSE RULES
1. TIMES: Check-in is between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4.00 PM. ALL CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11.00 AM. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8.00 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING AND A 50 EURO LATE CHECK-IN FEE COULD BE APPLIED. The late check-in fee must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment and no access will be granted to the apartment until such payment is made.
2. Personal Information: As per Italian Law number 214/2011 (article 40.1), the Italian Police requires us to report the identity of our guests. The information guests are required to share are the following: Name, Family name, Citizenship, Place, Date of Birth, Document Number, and Country of Issuance. We will process these data in full compliance with Italian and EU regulations on personal data use and will NOT store or share it with any other party. We understand that the sharing of personal info is a very sensitive matter and thus we will respect and uphold your decision not to send the information electronically in advance because of privacy concerns. We will however ask for these details at check-in. No additional guests will be allowed due to the conformance. If you are found to have persons staying at the property who are not named on your Reservation Confirmation, you are in breach of contract and may be denied access to the property. 11. Laundry: You may use the washer - and dryer when available - in the apartment room. We are not responsible for any clothing damage or articles left, lost, or stolen. Read and follow machine instructions.
12. Damage: Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers, or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the suite or to the common areas, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs.
13. Keys: A 250 Euro fee will be charged if you lose the keys to the apartment.
14. Behaviour: Occupancy and use of premises and common areas shall not be such as to disturb or offend residents (e.g. guests may not hang towels, garments, etc. from windows, make excessive noise or commotion, etc.). We have the prerogative to remove any disruptive guests with full forfeiture of rent and deposits for any violation of any of these rules.

The space
The flat is located few step from the metro stop called PAOLO UCCELLO of tram line Scandicci - Hospital Careggi.
Every 4 minutes (from 5 am to 12.30 in the night, 2 am, Friday and Saturday) a metro/tram is leaving from PAOLO UCCELLO stop to reach the city center (central station) in 5/6 minutes.
Or if you choose to walk, it is only 15 to 20 minutes nice and easy walk along the Arno River with a stunning view of Florence
We are close to the Polimoda in Florence, and the second location of Scandicci can be reached very well thanks to the tram, which stops 50 meters from the house.
Near the ISIA of Villa Strozzi, we also had students from the Italian academy based in piazza pitti, who found our apartment a great location, to get to this school.
The apartment is located in a residential area in the immediate vicinity of Victoria Bridge, near to the center but in a side street, so away from the from the busy, city-noise.
The apartment it is designed for 1 person only, for a short-stay in Florence. It has the original, typical-Florentine wooden ceiling and brick arches.
We do not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry a short distance from home, 5 minutes walk (in Batoni Square).
Being on the ground floor, you will usefully not have up numerous flights steps as in many other apartments in the center of Florence!
The largest park in Florence, Cascine Park, is some 2 minutes walk away and reached by simply crossing the River Arno.
Anyone who loves sports can take long walks, go jogging or rent a bike. Additionally, on Tuesday mornings there is a produce market.
Other things to note
Close to the apartment there is a bar, a newspaper stand, a take-away pizza place, Pub, Chinese restaurant, and other restaurants, a rotisserie and a useful grocery store, self-service laundry, and two supermarket.
