Ciao, io abito nel centro di Firenze, in zona Santa Croce ed ho deciso di affittare la mia casa per i mesi estivi, in cui io sarò altrove. Si tratta di un bilocale al piano terra, accogliente, di notte silenzioso e di giorno pieno di vita. Infatti le mie finestre si affacciano su un piccolo parco giochi, aperto qualche ora la mattina e qualche ora il pomeriggio. La domenica mattina ci si sveglia con il canto degli uccellini e le campane del campanile di S.Croce.
Il bilocale ha un letto matrimoniale, il bagno in camera, salotto e cucina insieme. C'è tutto quello che serve: lavatrice con asciugatrice, wi-fi, stampante, due televisioni ed anche fresco naturale, dovuto alla conformazione della casa. Avrete comodamente vicino a casa il supermercato e le movida di via Pietrapiana o di Via Verdi, con tanti locali aperti la sera, per mangiare e bere. Se vi interessa lo rendo disponibile da 17 giugno fino al 10 settembre. Firenze vi aspetta!

Delightful apartment located on the second floor of a 1940s building in a very quiet street in the neighborhood, with pleasant views of the secular private park of Villa Vinci. It seems that Garibaldi, the Hero of the Two Worlds, after having united Italy stayed in the Villa and meditated "on the Enterprise" under a large tree in the park, now called Garibaldi's tree.
The renovation was completed in 2016, the original decorations and colors have been found and maintained. The apartment, about 63 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed for occasional guests, an equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower.
My flat is an ideal accommodation for couples, students or families with children.
We put the entire apartment at your disposal, complete with every comfort and equipment such as:
- air conditioning, heating;
- kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator;
- washing machine, iron;
- satellite TV, wi-fi, internet line;
- large shower, hairdryer.
If you wish, we will provide you with bed linen and towels including shower towels, including pillows, and additional blankets.
-The price includes all utilities with the exception of water and electricity.
The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and safe, easy to park. In the area, there are bars, a McDonald's, a rotisserie, a couple of restaurants/pizzerias, a historic pastry shop, a pharmacy, a laundry, shops, and shops for everyday needs. For weekly shopping and for your "out of hours" needs, there is a supermarket nearby that is open until 10 pm and on holidays (closes at 9 pm).
The house is very close to the city center, Piazzale Michelangelo and the station.
Palazzo Vecchio, the Accademia Gallery, and the main museums of Florence are in the center. At 50 meters from the flat, you will find the bus stop "DUE STRADE 02" for the center (numbers (hidden) minutes you will arrive in the center.

Rent to students an apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of 2 single rooms (of 12 and 15 square meters each), a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with window and a closet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a small and very quite m building with only 4 apartments. All the rooms have a window and are very bright (included bathroom). Independent heating with timer. The apartment is ideal for two students, it is located nearby (2 minutes walk) bar, supermarkets, bus stops etc. The apartment is in Zona Le Cure, 5 minutes from Le Cure square and a 15-minute walking from the historic center, also well served by frequent buses. The apartment is available from August 5, 2023. Minimum transitional contract for 6 months. Each room is 600 euro or whole apartment for 1.200 euro.
Utilities are not included in the monthly cost.
Electricity and gas (hot water, cooking, light) are in the same bill whose average cost is 100 euro every 2 months. Water: 2 months bill around 80 euro. Waste tax 13 euro per month. Finally if you need a wifi I need to install it (montly price is 25 euro) . All these expenditures have to be shared by the 2 tenants. There are no condominium charges.
