centro di Firenze , SANTA CROCE , AFFITTASI MONOLOCALE SOPPALCATO , Via Sant'Egidio-SANTA CROCE a pochi passi dal DUOMO- nel centro città e vicinissima a tutti i servizi , affittasi al secondo piano di piccola e tranquilla palazzina monolocale appena ristrutturato, ultramoderno e corredato di ogni comfort , con ingresso sullo stesso piano ci sono 4 monolocali , ogni monolocale ha il suo ingresso indipendente . Si entra c'è un ingresso in comune con lavatrice , porta del monolocale , zona giorno/ studio , con divano , scrivania con finestra frontale , porta bagno sulla sinistra , zona cucina , si va al piano sopra tramite la scala posta sulla destra , dove c'e c'è un letto ad una piazza e mezza e spazio per riporre cose . è stato ricavato un piccolo guardaroba al piano sotto. La casa gode di aria condizionata, tv plasma , wifi , tutti accessori cucina e uso lavatrice.
L'appartamento è appena finito di ristrutturare .
