The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces.

It is home to some of the city's most popular art galleries and cultural institutions such as the Kunsthaus (the curiously-looking modern art museum), the Murinsel as well as the Graz main train station. Next to the cultural aspects, vibrant Lend hosts some of the best spots to go shopping as well as multiple restaurants and bars.
Our 34 m2 Suites for stays over 28 nights have been furnished in a modern, high-quality style. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) including a modern smart TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. A special highlight, however, is the built-in air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant room climate even on hot summer days. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in the communal laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us in just one room.
Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning.
Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests.
We do not offer apartment viewings on site. In case of any questions regarding our Suites, do not hesitate to contact us.

Besonderes Highlight ist jedoch die eingebaute Klimaanlage, die auch an heißen Sommertagen für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschküche zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du für einen Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst in lediglich einem Zimmer.
Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite.

A beautiful balcony faces the large green courtyard, and there is also a cellar compartment.
Gartengasse is a quiet side street, but public transport is still a 30-second walk away, and supermarkets, the city park, the Technical University, the Art University, and the Karl-Franzens University are also in the immediate vicinity!
