Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die das Zimmer mit Licht überfluten. Die Aussicht von oben auf dem Balkon nach unten ist ganz entspannt.
Trotz der zentraler Lage hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch nichts und die Schalldämpfung funktioniert sehr gut, was wahrscheinlich an den neuen Fenstern liegen. Das Zimmer ist sowie die gesamte Wohnung vollständig renoviert und auch möbliert.
Es verfügt über ein Bett das 90cm x 200cm groß ist (kann ausgefahren werden auf 180cm) und 2 Schubladen drunter mit riesigem Stauraum. Zusätzlich ist noch ein Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schreibtisch angebracht, was für bspw. Home-Office optimal ist. Das Zimmer bietet noch mehr als genug Raum für Individuelles.
Natürlich gibt es in der 91qm großen Wohnung noch eine große Küche mit Waschmaschine, Herd, Herdabzug, Kühlschrank und demnächst Geschirrspüler. Utensilien zum Kochen wurden auch bereits besorgt und stehen zur Verfügung.
Gerne kann man einen Plan für den Müll und/oder Geschirrspüler aufsetzen, sodass man da entspannt zusammenwohnen kann.
Lage:
- Die Wohnung ist vom Hauptbahnhof lautet Google Maps 140 Meter entfernt. Zu Fuß erreichbar in unter 2 Minuten !
- Zugang zu allen U- und S-Bahn-Linien (U1, U2, U3, U4, S1, S1, S2, S3, S5) und zu allen Regionalbahnen und zum Fernverkehr.
- Zugang zu vielen Buslinien und diverse Möglichkeiten für Car-Sharing sowie E-Scooter etc.
- Alle relevanten Behörden und Ämter sind im Umkreis von 2 Kilometern ansässig
- Zu Fuß: Hauptbahnhof (140m), Mönckebergstraße (500m), Jungfernstieg (1km), Universität Hamburg (2.2km), Alster (1km)

Die WG sollte auf Respekt und Rücksichtnahme beruhigen. Alle Mitbewohner sollten zur Sauberkeit und einem gesunden Miteinander mittragen.
Dazu gehört, dass Streitigkeiten in Ruhe und am besten nach dem man sich beruhigt hat, gelöst werden sollten.
