Welcome to this very large sunny individual room with double bed 🛏️ in a shared flat on the second-third floor apartment, comprising hall, 2 bathrooms 🚿 and 3 toilets 🚽, fully equipped kitchen 🍽️ and big furnished living room 🛋️ in common.
The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...).
We provide also forks and spoons 🍴, pot and pans 🍳 and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival 🛌. Wireless internet 📶 is included in the rent.
There’s also a washing machine 🧺 and dryer in the flat at the disposal off the tenants and it💶 is included in the rent.
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the charges .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this must be kept clean by the tenant himself.
We are looking for new tenants who want to stay minimum 6 months or longer .
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant. (the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +/- 75 euros for one inventory 📋)
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euros a night and an assurance fee of 65 euros to be covered during your whole stay (65 euros to be paid only one time for a whole year).
General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U. trainees and students of various European nationalities 🌍. At 5 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and Commission, metro stop Maalbeek at the end of the street 🚇 and bus stop around the corner 🚌.
