La zona giorno è costituita da una cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera principale potrete accedere al grande terrazzo, dove è possibile stendere i panni, fumare (l'unico luogo dove è consentito), prendere un caffè o una bevanda rinfrescante, godendosi la tranquillità del verde. Se siete fortunati, potreste vedere anche uno degli scoiattoli che abitano nel quartiere. Giusi ha un bel giardino condominiale, ma vedrete che tutti il quartiere Guizza ha diversi spazi verdi e piccoli parchi. Attenzione alle zanzare, specialmente d'estate: per proteggervi abbiamo installato delle tende-zanzariera (non su tutte le finestre): utilizzatele con cura. Tutte le finestre hanno tapparelle avvolgibili che permettono di fare buio completo nelle stanze. Fate attenzione perché sono originali, funzionano bene ma sono come vecchie signore, e come tali vanno trattate: con calma e delicatezza. Giusi è dotato di aria condizionata: uno split è in soggiorno e l'altra nella camera da letto principale. La seconda piccola camera non ha aria condizionata, ma può essere rinfrescata lasciando aperta la porta della camera e utilizzando il ventilatore a disposizione. If you're lucky, you might even see one of the squirrels that live in the neighborhood. Giusi has a nice condominium garden, but you'll see that everyone in the Guizza neighborhood has several green spaces and small parks. Beware of mosquitoes, especially in the summer: to protect you, we have installed mosquito tents (not all windows): use them with care. All windows have roller blinds that allow you to get full darkness in the rooms. La zona giorno è costituita da un ampio soggiorno con 2 divani in stoffa e piuma d'oca molto comodi, tavolo da pranzo, mobili d'epoca anni 70. La cucina è moderna, con elettrodomestici nuovi, completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Negli armadi del soggiorno si trova l'aspirapolvere, il ferro da stiro, e tutte le cose utili al vostro soggiorno. Ricordate che Roby Wood è situato in un sottotetto: la parte centrale della casa (corridoio e soggiorno) sono le zone più alte, dopodiché il tetto spiovente riduce l'altezza. L'arredamento è studiato in maniera tale da sfruttare al meglio gli spazi, ma fate comunque sempre attenzione alla testa! :) L'appartamento nell'estate 2024 è stato dotato di impianto di aria condizionata. In the hallway you will find a coat rack for jackets and coats and a collection of flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on the area's restaurants and the house manual. At the end opens the large living room with TV, sofa bed (140x190), work area with large desk, also perfect for videoconferencing work. In the living room there is the only standard window: all the others are roof windows (velux with mosquito nets and blackout curtains). If you use the living room as a second bedroom you can go dark and create some intimacy thanks to the darkening curtains, which separate the room from the rest of the apartment. In the closets of the living room there is the vacuum cleaner, the iron, and all the things useful to your living room. Remember that Roby Wood is located in an attic: the central part of the house (hallway and living room) are the highest areas, after which the sloping roof reduces the height. The furniture is designed in such a way as to make the most of the spaces, but always pay attention to the head! :) In Summer 2024 an air conditioning plant has been added to the apartment. Splits are in the bedroom and the living room (where beds are), while in the kitchen there is a portable fan.Summers in Veneto can be hot and humid, so we recommend you during the day to close the darkeners, in such a way but limit the solar radiation and therefore the internal heat: the cooling will be easier and the environment will thank you!
