The living room has a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a dining table with chairs. From the living room you have access to a large sunny private roof terrace. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a spacious work surface and has a refrigerator, a combi oven/microwave, a 4-burner electric hob and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
The entire house is furnished with a neat laminate floor and curtains, the bedroom has blinded curtains and carpet flooring. On the ground floor there is a bicycle shed/storage room for save storage of bicycles.

Openbaar vervoer om de hoek en openbaar parkeren in de straat.

De keuken heeft veel kastruimte en een ruim werkblad, een koelkast, combi-oven, 4-pits elektrische kookplaat, afzuigkap en vaatwasser. De woonkamer is ruim en sfeervol en is voorzien van een bank, fauteuils, salontafel en een eettafel met stoelen. De grote ramen bepalen de uitstraling van deze ruimte. Vanuit de woonkamer is er toegang tot een groot terras.
De lichte slaapkamer (3.20 x 2.50) is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed en een kleding kast. De badkamer heeft een douche, wasbak, toilet, wasmachine en droger. De gehele woning is gestoffeerd met een nette PVC vloer en gordijnen.
