The apartment lies in the middle of a new upcoming area in Rotterdam westside. This new area contains a lot of startups wich are specialised in design and durability. Within walking distance (3 min) you will find a long boulevard of all kind of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, KFC, Mc donalds etc. On top of this boulevard there is a large city park where you can relax and barbecue. The Tram is only 100 m. away and the Subway (Marconiplein) is 300 m. from the apartment. The subway brings you to the Erasmus University in 14 minutes. By bike it is 25 minutes.
