From this location, door to the Airport, is just 30 minutes on the S-Bahn. At the Millenium Tower (10 min walk) is one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open on Sundays.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
