1.2m bed in fifth floor apartment with lift. Trams D, 5 and (hidden phone number)m away, U4 underground 4 minutes walk and the Franz Joseph train station in Julius Tandler Platz around the corner. Shops, bars and restaurants to suit all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity, with many shops and a supermarket open on Sundays.
The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything.
We don't do viewings to reduce estate agents's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in.
