We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 180.

Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90 / month.

Zentrale Wohnung in Wien direkt vor dem Augarten mit 60m2. Der Augarten hat einen großen Park für viele Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer. Die Räume sind sehr hoch und sehr hell und wirken durch ihre Höhe sehr groß. Die Wohnung ist eine Stadtwohnung aber sehr ruhig da sich eine Einbahnstrasse hat und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der große Park. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss wodurch sie einfach erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert und ist voll funktionstüchtig. Anhand der Fotos können sie genau sehen wie die Wohnung aussieht. Sehr nahe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Bäckerei der Mann um alles zu besorgen. Auch befindet sich eine Strassenbahn nahe der Wohnung wo sie in 10 Minuten im 1010 Bezirk sind in Herzens von Wien.
