Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room 
- Before check-in, the tenant must pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant if there is no damage to the property. 
For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month.
Please keep in mind that you will be required to pay the security deposit directly to the landlord by bank transfer before check-in.
