Recently renovated to the smallest details, it consists of a single room that has the dual function of living and sleeping area. The living area is completed with a small single sofa bed, a modern dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV. Completing the room is a functional kitchenette including all appliances and a full bathroom with shower. The finishes and furnishings create a very functional environment even with generous storage space for longer stays. The apartment is ideal for couples and for those who want to be in the heart of the city, but in a very quiet residential context. N.B. Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
