I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am moving to another apartment. The studio is part of the "Delftsgreen Apartment Complex" in Delft. Our rental contract runs until July 31, 2025, so we are seeking a couple or an individual interested in a short-term rental from May 6 until July 31, 2025 as we are looking to move out soon. The starting date is flexible and end date can only be 31st July, 2025. Extension beyond end date of July 31, 2025 is not possible. All payments and contract-related terms will be managed directly by Delftsgreen. ✅ Deposit: €1800 paid directly to Delftsgreen. First month's rent is paid in advance also directly to Delftsgreen.
