This is a very welcoming apartment located in the beautiful district of Santa Croce in Florence. Furnished with a very pleasant classic style, the apartment retains many details typical of period Florentine houses such as the ceiling with exposed wooden beams that can be observed in the master bedroom. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a beautiful living area divided between living room and kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of 35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is 30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax 4 per night for seven nights at most to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
