On foot, you can easily reach the bus stop, and the nearby park to enjoy the sun, which makes it a very convenient location. Please note that: -All students would need to upload the following documents: a university enrolment certificate, proof of identity also of a parent, and proof of income of a parent in order to complete the booking. - Tenants need to pay a deposit equal to a half month of rent.
