Please note that there is a 7% surcharge on the rent for bookings shorter than 6 months. Please note that in order to receive the tenancy agreement, the documents requested should be sent as soon as possible to our team. Required documentation: Passport copy VISA/ Work permit (for non-EU citizens) Employment contract or admission letter Latest 3 pay slips. Tax returns of previous year (for Freelancers / Self-Employed) Bank account details and Parental Guarantee (for Students) SCHUFA / Credit Score (from the country of your origin) Registration will be provided after the move in. Thank you

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
