Once your booking is accepted under Uniplaces, the landlord will request deposit and admin fee before the move-in date together with your passport/ID and the tenancy agreement signed. Short lets from 11th of February (min 2 months). Contract starts from 18th February 2024 up to 24th June/ 17th September 2024. Internet is included on the rent monthly amount, although there is an extra 300PLN monthly fee: electricity, water, heating. You must share your passport/ID with our booking agent in order to make your booking. Brand new accommodation in Krakw. CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
