The kitchen is big enough to be a living area as well. There is a big table with chairs in the kitchen. There are 3 big sofa-beds for couples and 1 single bed in the apartment. The Lessor pays for a service of 2 hours general cleaning per month in the apartment, this service is for free, only if previously requested, for the tenants cause it's included in the price of the monthly rental. There is an extra service of cleaning (if the tenants request more hours of cleaning) available. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental. There is a service of bed linens and towels in the apartment available for the tenants, this service is for FREE for the tenants until exhaustion of linen (until the stock lasts) cause the Lessor pays for it and it's included in the price of the monthly rental.
