This is a bedroom in flat-sharing. There is a possibility to get a TV upon request (if available). The last renovation of the apartment was in August 2022 (new mattresses, new bed frames, painting, new wardrobe etc. etc.). The Lessor is planning to keep this special monthly price for the entire period of pandemic. The entire apartment can host a maximum of 6 people. The best would be 2, 3 people or 2 couples. Normally the Lessor wants 1 person per bedroom. The bathroom, the kitchen and the bedrooms are fully equipped. There are many kind of appliances and devices in the apartments: microwave, kettle, boiler, fridge with freezer, iron with iron board. There are also the hangers and a rack for the clothes.
