The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator, located in an area well served by restaurants and boutiques. The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with all amenities including an oven, a microwave and a kettle, a dining table and a living room with a single sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one of which is a toilet and one also equipped with a shower, complete the layout. The house also features a relaxation area on the mezzanine floor that can be reached from the living room. wifi, washing machine and individual heating will be available in the accommodation.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.
