This bright apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 68sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The flat is ideal for 4 people. Nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 6 guests, including a sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with a shower plate. The other bedroom has twin beds. Regarding toiletries -and as per hotel industry standards- you will find some soap, gel & shampoo for you first overnight stay. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: a working desk, a Tassimo coffee maker, a hair dryer and an iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with four seats, armchair and flatscreen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses -WiFi, water, electricity & heating- are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 125€/month. (hidden) will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- FERIA NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is perfectly connected to Seville business area. The apartment is located in the historic, monumental & commercial heart of the city. La Campana, less than 500 meters away, is the center of Sevillians life. Busy pedestrian streets characterized by its large number of stores, some with over a century of existence. 10' walk from the apartment you will find the Cathedral, la Giralda and Santa Cruz, El Arenal and Judería neighborhoods. The surroundings of the apartment are full of charming houses, traditional palaces, flowery patios and, above all of them, history. On Easter -main social and cultural event in Seville-, apartment location can not get any better, as this particular festivity takes place on the surroundings of the apartment. Many bus & taxi stops nearby.
