The rest of the house is fully equipped as well. 🔌 Utilities The utilities costs advertised are based on an estimated consumption. The costs will be accurately calculated based on your own consumption. Please be aware that the contract with the energy provider needs to be done by your side. 👉 Payments: Service cost (electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning, furnishing* ) | €500 per month If you do not excessively use the utilities, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of the utilities exceeds the utility costs, then you will be responsible for the additional fees.
