In your spare time you can take a 5min walk to ‘Juliana Park’ where people come to meet, picknick, jog or find their spirit animal in the petting zoo. About the owner & the house: I’ve bought this house in the beginning of 2021 and have been thoroughly renovating it for the past 1.5 year. By that I mean changing layouts & stairs, constructing a brand new second floor, replacing all plumbing systems, new electricity, sound dampening and isolating wherever I could. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house.
